We here at First Assembly are instituting a new and exicting program for our boys and girls ages 4 to 12. It is our Young Explorers program featuring a VBS style themeing. Every 6 to 8 weeks we will be changing series. We will be blasting off with with our young folks on Wednesday, November 12th, 2008 and opening our program on Wednesday November 19th starting with the Austrialian Outback theme. We will meet every Wednesdays at 7pm Come join us for all the fun!!!
WOMEN'S MINISTRY
Our Women's Ministry is opened to all ladies (members or non-members) of the church. We meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm in the fellowship hall. We talk about different charities or missions that we contribute to. We also plan for different events that happen around our church. Example = Upcoming Homecoming, etc... Alice Hughes is our president and she would be delighted to see all you ladies at our next meeting. Check the calendar for upcoming meeting. |
NURSING HOME MINISTRY
Our Nursing Home Ministry goes to all the surrounding nursing homes and visits the residents. We fellowship and talk to them about Jesus. Through this ministry souls have been saved. We give bibles to the ones that don't have any and that want to read God's Word. We would love for any of you to join us in this ministry. Please continue to pray for this ministry that more souls will be brought to God.
